Twilight is currently a bit of guilty pleasure for me these days. In the movie, there are several quotes that are lifted verbatim from the books – or at least, with very little change. I put an asterisk on each quote for those. Anyway, here are some quotes from the first half of the movie. You can read the second half here.

Edward: Like I said. (smiles) If you don’t like the rain so much, why did you move to the worst place in the continental US?
Bella: It’s complicated. *
Edward: I’m sure I can keep up. *

Edward: No. *
Bella: Your eyes… were black the last time I saw you. Now they’re like… golden brown.
Edward: Yeah, I know, it’s the, uh… fluorescents. (walks away)

Bella: You… stopped the van. You pushed it away with your hand.
Edward: Well, nobody’s going to believe you. *
Bella: I wasn’t gonna tell anybody. I just need to know… the truth. *
Edward: Can’t you just thank me and get it over with? *
Bella: Thank you. *
Edward: You’re not going to let this go, are you? *
Bella: No. *
Edward: Well then, I hope you enjoy disappointment. *

Oh my gosh, most of this is so DRY. Seriously, what is the point of the whole science class part. That had to be the dullest conversation I have ever read. And how long does it take Bella to figure out that he is a vampire? (referring to the last quote)

This author must be putting a lot of romantic actions in these books to make up for the lack of romantic dialogue. None of this got my heart racing except for the last quote. And that was only because I could picture them standing very close and him whispering in her ear.
For all of those who enjoy these books, I am happy for you.
I bare no grudge with you. I am glad you find pleasure in reading those books…. But I must tell you there are better stories out there.
And I can predict that better stories will surface in the near future.

I noticed on YouTube that a lot of teens did not like that Twilight was on YouTube. Someone posted the whole Twilight movie there and in the comments area they kept saying that they could not wait for Twilight to come off, it was only on that one day, which was Monday the 30th. I still watch Twilight thought, the little short or long clips, especially the restraunt clip, the sleep and kissing clip. They also kept saying that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson weren’t that great together and they destoryed the book with the movie, I want to find these people and give them a smack. TWILIGHT IS ONE OF THE MOST ROMANTIC MOVIES THERE EVER WAS, I CAN’T WAIT FOR THE SEQUALS TO COME, THEY ARE PROBABLY BE EVEN MORE ROMANTIC. THANK YOU AND GOOD NIGHT.

If you are lucky you will be able to find Twilight in those moving squares on the YouTube homepage but it is very hard to find it, I think Summit Entertainment took it off. They are starting to take off a lot of scenes of Twilight like the Meadow Scene thats gone. BUT HEY NOW THAT TWILIGHT IS OFF THE THEATERS ITS GONING TO BE ON DVD YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw the New Moon trailer on the MTV Movie Awards and it was AWSOME!!! Those of u who haven’t seen it, u have got to watch it on YouTube; just type in New Moon trailer and it is the first one, it has a picture of cute Edward and is 1:48.
